WebinarIntroduction to Japanese Tea Ceremony × Yoga for Wellbeing

What is the Japanese tea ceremony? Why is it called the Way of Tea? How this tradition and a bowl of matcha can help us live a good life under the uncertainty COVID-19 outbreak brought?

This is a series of webinars from Tokyo, the historic capital city of Japan, hosted by a longterm tea practitioner and a descendant of a Lord of Samurai, Machiko Soshin Hoshina.  With her friendly guidance, a ceremony will take place online with yoga, by Noriko Kirishima, for a deeper and mindful experience.  We will first purify our body and mind by yoga before joining the tea ceremony.
